Good news for cyclists, runners and everyone really! Parks has completed the Kootenai Brown Trail, a new multi-use trail that runs from the park gates to the town site. According to Parks Canada, this trail was built to make the most of the views offered along the Entrance Parkway for pedestrians, cyclists and other non-motorized travelers. It also addresses safety concerns as visitors will now be separated from motorized traffic.

Many will agree that the drive into the park, along the lakes is one of the best parts of Waterton and now everyone can enjoy them in safety.

What a pleasant surprise last night to see three hikers come in to Vimy's to celebrate that they had finished the Triple Crown. Their home made crowns were so cute, I had to get a pic with my cell phone.

Congratulations to everyone who finished the Triple Crown this year! It looks like we had 57 finishers total, which is awesome! Get ready to do it again next year.
